Memory fault Assura RCX

Hi all,

I have some trouble with parameter extraction with assura RCX. When I run the RCX in Assura ( after the LVS ), the parameter extraction fails with this error :

/home/stefano/Project/TSMC_Projects/Dice/run_assura_lvs/FF_DICE/rcx.sh: line 695: 11121: Memory fault

sh: line 1:  8232 Segmentation fault      /home/stefano/Project/TSMC_Projects/Dice/run_assura_lvs/FF_DICE/rcx.sh 2>&1

*WARNING* Bad return status from RCX run. 0x8b00

I have this in syslog :

pax16[11121]: segfault at 0000000000000000 rip 0000000008098e38 rsp 00000000ffd0b830 error 4

Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advice for any reply.

Best Regards

Stefano.

    Hi Stefano

It looks like you are still using the out-dated RCX instead of QRC for parasitic extraction. The memory fault can most likely because resolved if you switch to QRC. Would you please give it a try? Please download PVE 11.1.2 package from the downloads website.
