Error when running Short Locator in DIVA

Hello. I want to tell students about Short Locator in DIVA verification tool. They are using IC5141. When I have demonstrated examples with different PDK, Short Locator runs without errors. But when I use my own extract rules in one project Short Locator runs well, and in other with such error:*Error* ivShlInit: ivShlParseIV: invalid field '4' in '4 4 11 1 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11' In Internet I can't find something about this error. I tried to compare extract rules: in both projects in saveInterconnect section I trace metall1 layer, metall2 layer and contact to substrate. Who can help me, what is the error (Error* ivShlInit: ivShlParseIV: invalid field '4' in '4 4 11 1 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11' ) and what I need to do, for correct extract rules. I've found no reports of anything like this, so the only option is probably to contact customer support with the data needed to reproduce the problem.

Thank for your answer. I've found one decision of my problem myself: to write all layers from geomConnect block (including vias) to saveInterconnect block.It is not the best way for decision the problem but without others ways it is good.
