Error when running Short Locator in DIVA

Hello. I want to tell  students about Short Locator  in DIVA verification tool. They are using IC5141. When I have demonstrated examples with different PDK, Short Locator runs without errors. But when I use my own extract rules in one project Short Locator runs well, and in other with such error:*Error* ivShlInit: ivShlParseIV: invalid field '4' in '4 4 11 1 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11'                                         In Internet I can't find something about this error. I tried to compare extract rules: in both projects in saveInterconnect section I trace metall1 layer, metall2 layer and contact to substrate.                                                                                                                                         Who can help me, what is the error (Error* ivShlInit: ivShlParseIV: invalid field '4' in '4 4 11 1 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11 11'   ) and what I need to do, for correct extract rules.                                                                                                                                                       Advance I thank.

I've found no reports of anything like this, so the only option is probably to contact customer support with the data needed to reproduce the problem.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
