vdbToRcx error

Hello,

 I am trying to make a parasitic extraction using EXT11 as required by technology (CMOS7RF da IBM). But, it creates an error with a tool that seems not to exist :  vdbToRcx. The error message is the following :

GOALIE2DIR=/opt/cds/PVE111/tools.lnx86/extraction/bin

export GOALIE2DIR

vdbToRcx /home/emmanuel/cadence/IBM_invert inve -unit meters -- -V1 -H \

satfile -r /home/emmanuel/cadence/IBM_invert/inve.xcn -df2 -xgl

/home/emmanuel/cadence/IBM_invert/inve/rcx.sh[163]: vdbToRcx: not found [No such file or directory]

ERROR (LBRCXM-609): Bad return status from RCX run. 0x7f00

I verified in  /opt/cds/PVE111/tools.lnx86/extraction/bin. Really, vdbToRcx does not exist. Is it a problem of the script that is trying to use a function that does not exist. Or it is a problem of installation of PVE111 that does not included vdbToRcx ?
