Corner Simulation Error

I am trying to do corner simulation. I have set up the corner simulation by clicking   import PCF button and from my pdk install directory by selecting the pcf file. After successfully loading the corner for analysis, in the run mode pane, I selected Single Run, Sweeps and Corners and it showed 3 corner plus the nominal corner are checked to be available for simulation.  Then I clicked the green button in ADE XL.

My version is Virtuoso Analog Design Environment Version IC6.1.5 -64b.500.15

Then after simulation is completed, I get the following error messages. What could be the problem?

Here is what I get.

Simulating `input.scs' on tcad1.tec.ufl.edu at 7:39:44 AM, Mon Mar 25, 2013 (process id: 23180).

A few problems with your post:

    1. You've appended on the end of an old thread (which is actually about spectre - so a different simulator). The Forum Guidelines ask you not to do this - please read them. That also asks you not to write in "text message" language (like "ur talking about") as this decreases the chance of your question being answered.
    2. Your question is about HSPICE, which is a simulator from Synopsys (not Cadence), so this is probably not the best place to ask this question.
    3. "the 65nm tech" is not very specific - which technology are you talking about (which foundry)?
    4. The most likely problem is that you've not included one of the required model files, but that might be best answered by somebody with specific knowledge of the particular models you're trying to use (this is almost certainly covered in the documentation from the foundry).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
