Mismatch and Process Spread data in Monte Carlo simulations

Flyyn Rider

Dear readers,

I run montecarlo simulations and I need to know:

1) Is there a way to know whcih process parameters are varied and how much their spread is for every run in montecarlo simulation?

2) Is there a way to know which of the devices in my circuit experienced maximum spread/mismatch? (so that i can redesign those devices)

Thank you so much.
