Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to turn on soft_bin=allmodels option in the simulator ? I don't see any option in the IC 5.14 ADE > Simulation > Options > Analog.

When the simulator can't find the correct bin model card (or a model card) for a given instance, and the designer still wants to simulate, then after setting this option to (singlemodels/allmodels), the simulator will pick the nearest bin to this instance.
    1. singlemodels (the default). When a model card is not a bin model card, but there is lmin/lmax/wmin/wmax defined in this model card, the simulator will try to validate those parameters by comparing them against length/width of the instance. After setting the option to this value, the simulator will give out a warning if the instance doesn't fit the model card, instead of aborting.
    2. no. If there are any instances which don't fit the bins or lmin-lmax/wmin-wmax range for a single model, then abort the simulation.
    3. allmodels. When an instance can't find correct the bin, after setting this option, the simulator will try to bind the nearest bin to this instance.

    Hope that helps,

    Andrew.
