Hello Experts,

I have designed a circuit using the mosfets from this library TSMC 0.18u CMOS018/DEEP (6M, HV FET, sblock), now I want to simulate the circuit using the spectre, but I am in need of the model files for the above used library to integrate in spectre ADE, where do i get these models from.

PLease help me.

From TSMC, from a distributor which is giving you access to the TSMC technology, or indeed whoever is acting as your foundry service. Certainly not a public forum...

If you've designed a circuit with transistors from that foundry, presumably you had some kind of design kit, which probably had simulation models included.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
