QRC extraction failure with Calibre input

Hi All

When I run qrc_cmd file (content is listed at bottom), error was found and stop in pax step:

WARNING (LBMISC-215001): file 'via1' is not a flat edge file

ERROR (LBMISC-215002): it is a hierarchical edge file

I have done a clean LVS with "Flatten" setting.

Tools version:

calibre 2013.3_39.24, QRC 10.1.3-p065

My QRC extraction flow is:

1. run lvs by GUI with lvs.cmd (fab provided), and make a clean result

2. run lvs by GUI with xrc.cmd (derived from lvs.cmd, and added XRC options according to fab‘s guidance).

3. run calibre：calibre -query_input query_cmd -query svdb xrc_test

4. run：qrc -cmd qrc_cmd

Thanks Quek. However, it should work according to Fab's guidance by using this version. I use command flow while the guidance provides UI one
