about Nest limit in cadence virtuoso platform

How do i reset the nest limit in virtuoso layout editor window after exceeding the nest limit 20.
No commands are working.

Please anybody help me out.

    The best thing is not to let the commands get too nested in the first place. Hitting "escape" to escape out of commands is a good thing. Alternatively turn off the "repeat command" option in the options form for the editor.

    Unfortunately there's a problem where if you close the window with a nested command in action, it doesn't reset the stack (I'm not sure whether this has been fixed yet) - but I think most of the time it is down to people keep nesting functions - or nesting enter functions in their own SKILL code.

    Unfortunately if escaping doesn't help, and you're already at 20, you have to exit the DFII session to reset it.
