Latest MMSIM Version for IC5141

Hi,

What is the latest MMSIM version compatible with IC5141?

We have MMSIM313 installed.

The path for MMSIM is in front of the IC, but the spectre is still checked out of the IC path.

It does not recognize a lot of parameters and functions in the PDK models. Even the vbit source from the analogLib is not recognized.

Thank You,

Yaser

I'm not sure what MMSIM313 is, but I'm able to run the very latest version of MMSIM (MMSIM141) with IC5141 with no problem.

I can see that you might have an issue being able to run spectre from a new version of MMSIM if your operating system is too old - but I wouldn't expect it to skip over an entry in your path and pick the next if spectre from MMSIM is first.

Can you type this in the CIW:

    parseString(getShellEnvVar("PATH") ":")

and report what it says. And then in a terminal window type:

    which spectre

    and

    spectre -W

    Also:

    cat /etc/redhat-release

    uname -a

    Thanks.

    Andrew.
