What is the solution of issue about trannoise with PSP model?

I have to simulate with spectre with PSP model. However we know that it can't use spectre as trannoise simulator.

I wonder whether above problem was solved in the new MMSIM version.

I can use MMSIM version- 12.1, 13.1, 11.1.

Thank you.

You need to be using MMSIM13.1 ISR12 or later (assuming  you are using the built-in PSP models in spectre, rather than via the NXP SimKit).

You also need to add the option noisemethod=subckt to the Analog options - if using ADE, you'd go to Simulation->Options->Analog, and then in the Misc tab, in the Additional Parameters field, enter noisemethod=subckt.

You can pick this option in earlier versions, but if you do, the AC noise (i.e. small signal noise) simulations will be wrong - ISR12 fixes it so that it is consistent in both.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
