Regarding addition of .sp file to a analogLib model

i have used nmos and pmos from analogLib ..
in adexl > setup>model libraries ---- i gave path to a spice file (which i saved it as .sp file),but after simulating i get this error ,

""Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
ERROR (SFE-868): "input.scs" 8: Unable to open input file `/home/eashwar/Desktop/eashwar/decoder/memcell/transisitor'.
        No such file or directory."""

i tried giving same model name to the nmos4 transistor and the model name inside the textfile as nmos4

This is a small part of it

.model  nmos  nmos4 level = 54

+version = 4.0             binunit = 1               paramchk= 1               mobmod  = 0
+capmod  = 2               igcmod  = 1               igbmod  = 1               geomod  = 1
+diomod  = 1               rdsmod  = 0               rbodymod= 1               rgatemod= 1
+permod  = 1               acnqsmod= 0               trnqsmod= 0

any suggestions on how to use this  spice model file

Clearly from the error message you either got the path to the file wrong, or the permissions are such that the file can't be opened. Given that you said you'd saved it to a ".sp" file, but the path in the error message doesn't have ".sp" in it, did you just omit the suffix?
