descend to new window

Hi,

I have two questions about descend, wonder if anyone could kindly give some suggestions.

1. in cadence 615, to descend down a schematic, it always pops up a window asking whether to open new schematic in current window or new window or new tab. however, in 5141, there doesn't seem to be such feature, I wonder if open-in-new-window feature exists in 5141? if so, how?

2. for some reason,  when I try to descend down a schematic, the descend pop-up window hides in the back of current window, is there a way to have it automatically show in the front?   (actually, similar thing happens to calculator as well, I know in 615, after choosing plot , schematic window will be brought to the front right away, however, it doesn't happen at 5141, again, is it a feature that 5141 doesn't have, or it's a setting issue?

thanks!

    Thanks Lawrence,

We used X-Win32 2012 here, it allows dynamic window scaling and is generally smooth and good, except a few things like mentioned above that'll make it great if fixed.. I actually went through the whole settings/configurations etc and also its manual, there's no mentioning about any solutions to above mentioned scenarios.
