Advanced function with Virtuoso Cadence

Hello,
I work on the characterization of an amplifier circuit in Cadence Virtuoso and I do not know how to perform some function in the calculator. Please can you help me and send me an advanced tutorial on the use of this software or help me by answering the following questions and I will be very grateful?
Q1: How to determine the parasitic impedance (R, C, L) of a circuit in Virtuoso and trace the signal of the real part and the imaginary part (in dB) versus frequency?
Q2: How to determine the value of the harmonic distortion of the output signal, and how to plot it versus the frequency?
Q3: How to identify and trace the change in equivalent noise brought back into function of frequency?
Q4: How to determine the power dissipated by the circuit?
Thank you.

    hello,
I come to asking you how i can determine the power dissipated in a circuit in Virtuoso?
my circuit is big and complicated so I can not calculate the current and voltage at each point.
Under PSPICE I can read directly the power in the output file, but in Virtuoso I did not find that file or another method to determine this power.
