IC616 Hotfix crash

Recently trying to update IC616 to the latest Hotfix IC06.16.100, but it constantly crashes at launch after updated. Everything works fine again once it's been rolled back to the base version.  So I assume there's something wrong with the latest IC Hotfix.  The system is CentOS 6.6.  The IC616 works fine all the time until it's been updated to Hotfix IC06.16.100.

    Sounds as if it is repeatable, so at the very least supplying the crash log to customer support is necessary here. Since I've not heard of others having this problem in general with ISR10 (I'm using it with no problems, as are many customers), it does sound as if there's an environment related issue here - doesn't necessarily mean that it's not a bug, but it's not a generally seen problem...
