GPDK045

Lets say I want to perform EM simulation using an EM simulator on ind_a/ind_s (by exporting GDS of inductor).Layer mapping is not a problem, but what about substrate file ?

Yes, I'm using gpdk045 (generic 45 mm pdk from cadence). I will be gds of ind_a inductor in ADS momentum for EM field simulation. For this I need .slm (substrate file). The question here is, if I don't have substrate file for gpdk045 and I have to create one in ADS momentum , what kind of substrate is suitable for gpdk045 devices ?
