Monte Carlo Mismatch

Hello,

I am a little bit confuse about mismatch variations in monte carlo. After I select "Monte Carlo Sampling" and then when I click simulation options, one window will pop-up which allow you to setup your monte carlo. 

I wanted to introduce process and mismatch variations for my monte carlo analysis. So I choose All to select both process statistical variations and mismatch variations.

Is it true if I select All, then mismatch variations are applied to all sub-circuit instances in the design?

OR do I need to include all sub-circuit instances by setting up in the "Specify Instances/Devices" so that all sub-circuit instances are subject to mismatch variations?

    Hi Syafiq,

    If you select All for Statistical Variation both process and mismatch variation will be applied to all devices by default.  "Specify Instances/Devices" is only needed if you want to limit the statistical variation to a subset of the devices or to synchronize the application of variation across multiple tests.
