Problem in QRC Extraction due to inconsistent models

Casp

Hi,

I am using IC6.1.5 and running QRC Extraction. I am getting errors like

"*ERROR* Terminal B on device (dmos) in the extraction rules is not present on the dfII cellview (CMOS14 dmos symbol)"

This is because of inconsistent models in pdk and extract rule file and QRC Extraction Terminates. But in my schematic/layout I am not using any device which has inconsistent model.  Can you please tell me that is there any switch which I can turn on to just look at the devices which I have only in schematic/layout?

Regards

This might be fixed in IC616 (also ensure you're using a recent EXT release for QRC, e.g. EXT142). I'm assuming you have "Enable CellView check" turned off on the Setup tab of the QRC form?

Can you check if it still occurs using the latest version of IC and EXT? If so, please contact customer support as this could well be a bug - we'd need to see the data though.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
