Hi all,

I am trying to extract the parasitics of my layout.

I get an error message I cannot understand the source.

Here's the log:

    Hi Paolo

ERROR (LBMISC-215479): at "Techgen -trans": Connect layer 'net_nwell' from lvsfile is declared as stamped layer in p2lvsfile. Please check the p2lvsfile.

The above error usually means that there is a problem with the layer mapping in the QRC package. It would be good if you can check if there are any updates for the package.  Alternatively, you can try to resolve the problem as follows:

    a. Check "net_nwell" line in layerSetupFile (or layer_setup) in QRC technology directory
    b. If there are keywords such as "stamp=1/2", remove them
    c. Check RCXspiceINIT file for the previous compilation options. Re-compile the package with Techgen using the same options

By the way, your current QRC is ver9.1.3. It is really quite out-dated. If it is possible, please kindly update to ver15.11.

    Best regards
