Hi,

Is there any way to get a simple summary for some important measurements for min/max and the corresponding PVT corner+design variable.

this would be quite handy for documentation of the results.

Thanks,

Vamshi

    Vamshi,

You should contact customer support - there is an enhancement CCR asking for this (1151615) - so you should request a duplicate CCR to increase the chances of this being implemented sooner rather than later.

Potentially the information could be found using SKILL code (using axlReadHistoryResDB) but I don't have the bandwidth to write an example at the moment.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
