on MMSIM141 under IC6.16 simulation setup problem

Hi, Andrew,

I am trying to switch MMSIM111 to MMSIM141 under cadence 6.16.500.4.

My oa version is oa_v22.43.028. MMSIM141 version is 14.10.826.

It works fine by using MMSIM111, however, when I am trying to use MMSIM141, it reports error ADE-3036.

I type "spectre -W", it shows "sub-version 5.10.41_USR6.081308". Is it the correct version for MMSIM141?

Since I typed "spectre -W" for MMSIM111, it showed "sub-version 11.1.0.404.isr9", it is totally different from MMSIM141.

I am not quite sure what is going on in the IC simulation setup. Could someone help me figure out this problem?

Thank you!

Ruixin

    Hi Ruixin,

Check your path.  You are picking up an ancient version of spectre from an IC 5.1.41 installation.
