RC extraction problem

Hi,

When i am trying to do RCX EXtraction i am getting this kind of error. please help me to resolve this issue.

    It seems that there might be something wrong with your current gpdk045 package. The error message is tell you that the Quantus package uses an LVS layer named "psubstrate" but this layer cannot be found in the "lvsfile" which was generated from the LVS deck.

    Would you please download the latest gpdk045 package from COS website? I think it should resolve the error. I do have "psubstrate" layer in both my Assura and PVS LVS decks in gpdk045 package.
