test vector creation for ATE

Hi,

My question is how to create the vector file used in ATE tester? I am running mixed signal simulations in ADE (virtuoso 615). I know I can use vector file to define my input stimuli. But on the output side, I would like to let the simulation automatically create a output vector file which is then used on the ATE tester.

This is my first time dealing with test vector creation. Could anyone give some help! Thanks!!!

I would imagine this rather depends on what your tester is expecting. I would suggest contacting customer support so that we can talk through your requirements in a bit more detail.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
