Generating a current waveform in Cadence

Hi,

I am having a problem in generating a current waveform as the picture below.

Is there an easy way to do it in Cadence? Thanks!

    Of course - this is a simple PWL source:

    which produces this current output:

    You'll need to ensure you have finite rise times (not 0) but you can specify whatever you like here. You can also specify the piece-wise information in an external file and read that from the isource component too.
