Get help about a parameter using command

Hi,

Could you guide me how can I get information about a parameter of mosfet using commands?

For example, to get help from spectre, use "spectre -h".

To get information about mos1, use "spectre -h mos1".

How about the information about ron of mos1. I tried "spectre -h mos1 ron" but it is wrong.
