failed to generate netlist of nport model in adexl

Hi Andrew,

My test bench has nport model which points to a s-parameter file. I have no problem running sims in ADEL. however, when I tried to run it in ADEXL, I kept getting netlist error messages as below, basically it complains about every terminal in the nport model being "unbound".  "check-and-save" as it suggested didn't help, restart cadence didn't help.

Do you happen to know what could cause that?

thanks,

Kev

\o other views, check and fix the design before trying to generate the netlist

Thanks Andrew,  I'll try that through our CAD team.

Another question, is there a way in ADEL to export output values to a file? I tried to at Output section and expression editor  section (in calculator), they allow you to export the expressions of output to a file but not the output values.

I know it's very easy to do at ADEXL.

Sorry this may sound a change of subject, but i was just trying get data out to a file from a testbench that has nport model..
