id equals ids even ibulk is non zero

I am reading about the difference between id and ids in DC operating point parameters.

I read an old post in the forum saying this:

id is the resistive current through the drain. ids is the resistive current between the drain and the source. Since some of the current may flow through the bulk, they could be different.

However, from my simulation in the picture, ibulk is not zero but id equals ids. Could you explain?

Thank you. I am a student. I will ask about that but it doesn't seem to be easy here.
