How to calculate the gate leakage current in MOSFET

Dear Sir,

We calculated the gate leakage in this manner,
Simulation window-----result browser------psf file -----trans-----trans option (NM0:G or PM0:G)
but we are getting the wrong results. Is there any other method to find, if so Kindly help us.

Regards,
Vinod

How do you know you've got the "wrong results"? That's not a very precise description of what your problem is...

    Andrew.

If you're trying to plot the current through the gate, then yes, that would be it. However, given that you've still not explained what your problem actually is, who knows? I don't have my ESP circuit working today ;-(

    Regards,

    Andrew.
