How to calculate the gate leakage current in MOSFET

Dear Sir,


We calculated the gate leakage in this manner,
Simulation window-----result browser------psf file -----trans-----trans option (NM0:G or PM0:G)
but we are getting the wrong results. Is there any other method to find, if so Kindly help us.
