need help to scale mosaic or instances

From the old ic5 version there's a scale function but we're using ic6 now and it's not there anymore.

Can anyone help me with a skill code to resize/scale mosaic or instance.

Also i've searched the forums and there's supposed to be a VLM tool, but i'm not sure where it is.
