Pin snapping in VirtuosoXL

Hello,

Is there any built in function in VirtuosoXL that will snap pins at the current level of hierarchy to the pins of the sub-cells placed in the layout?

Thanks,

Chris

    Hi Chris,

The closest command is "Place->analog->adjust cell pins"

This command will put the top-level pin directly on top of an instance pin.

But if the top-level pin is connected to multiple instance pins then the top-level pin will be placed at an equal distance between all the subcell pins..

    Hope this helps

    Colin
