How can I create synchronized clones?

Hi all

I want to create a synchronized clone family,and i chose generate clones,then I chose create clones as synchronized familiy in create options.but the new generated clone is still not synchronized.It looks like the new generated clone is just copyed and corresponded to schematic.

It's so wierd.It happend only once ,I created synchronized clones before and this time it looks no diffrence in set up.i still can create synchronized copy by the way ,but just cannot create clone.

Dose anyone face the same problem before pls help,thank you
