Monte Carlo simulation issues

Hi,

I have run Monte Carlo simulation on a schematic to see the variation of propagation delay. I have used the following details for the monecarlo settings.

Statistical Variation: All

Sampling Method: Random

Number of Points: 200

Target Yield: 99.73%

Probability (1-alpha): 95%

After running the simulation I see that the delay value is same all throughout the simulation. So there is no variation of the delay. This looks strange. For the corners, I didn't change anything as the option could not be changed.

Please help me to understand how to solve the issue.

Regards

    Hi Andrew,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I managed to proceed further. I am using Virtuoso 6.1.6-64b. The corner file needed to be edited to toggle the value of lvt_dev.
I ran monte carlo simulation with TT corner. Unfortunately for other corners I am not able to change the corner value.
    Regards,
    Saikat
