bindkey function with wheel button

Hi Cadence users,

I want to use the wheel button as a bindey, for instance to replace the bindkey  "9" (net probe). How can I achieve that?

Currently, in schematic, Key "9" is defined as geEnterAddNetProbe(). How can I change the key "9" to the wheel button?

I searched through this forum and found that button 4, and 5 are for wheel scrolling up and down. Besides scrolling the wheel, it can also be used as a button, how is this defined in Cadence?

Thanks!

It's just button 2 as it would be with a non-scroll wheel mouse.

    Andrew.

    Thanks Adrew! Now it works.

button 1 is left button, button 2 is wheel button, button 3 is right button. 4 and 5 is scroll up and down.

Clearly you're determined to break all the forum guidelines by posting twice (on the end of completely inappropriate posts). See my reply to your other inappropriately posted post
