When to Use TopMetal2

ChrisDG

Hi,

I am using a new process that contains both TopMetal1 and TopMetal2. Unfortunately documentation is not very useful on when to use either one. Wondered if anyone had any advice on the following:

1. When to use TopMetal2
2. Which is better for Bonding

Thanks.

In addition to the things that Tawna mentioned, nobody is going to help you unless they know the technology/process that you're using - we have no idea what TopMetal1 or TopMetal2 mean; maybe somebody will recognise the names and can help. Perhaps you should contact the foundry?

    Regards,

    Andrew.
