calibreview fatal error

After I use calibre PEX for extraction, and it finishes without errors, I want to import the netlist created into a Cadence schematic with calibreview. However, when I run calibreview, I get a fatal error message, telling me to  consult log file. The logfile contents are below

INFO: cds.lib has been converted to lib.defs /opt/CoE/mentorGraphics/aoi_cal_2017.2_28.22/tmp/32702_result_lib.defs

It seems like there is an issue with 'libddbase_sh.so'? I assume this is a file needed by cadence? The virtuoso version is

Since Calibre is a Mentor (now a Siemens company) product (as it says in the log file), you'd be far better off asking this to Mentor or on a Mentor forum. The product and interface code that generates the calibre view comes from them...

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Hi, I can't seem to make a mentor community account. I am using my university email but it says

    Email Address Restrictions

Please provide a company or university related email address to request a Mentor Communities account.

If you have purchased Mentor software and do not have a company related email address, please obtain your Mentor Site ID and request a Support Center login.

If anyone on this site also happens to use Calibre, I would appreciate it if you could share any insight to my calibre problems

    thanks
