hi,

i wrote one file which contents is "save *:all" and simulate the dc analysis, all the mosfet dc parameters have been saved, i set the outputs expression and for example, getData("NM0:ids"? result "dc"), i want to plot the current ids from matlab, then i open matlab from toobar, i can got the adeInfo in the workspace, how to plot output expression like this? thanks a lot.

If it's just a dc operating point, there's no need for the save statement - it would be:

    getData('NM0:ids','result','dcOpInfo-info')

If it's a DC sweep, then

    getData('I0.M3:ids','result','dc-dc')

By the way, there's no need to use an include file - you can save results (not with *, but for specific instances) using the Probe->OP Parameters in the ADE Assembler/Explorer Outputs.

Note that you can see the result names for getData by just giving the first argument, and it will return a list of the available output databases.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Well, 'help getData' gives a bit of a clue, but it's not that clear. I have an action to file some CCRs to get this improved to make it a bit more usable (on my to-do list).

Not sure what you mean by the second half of your question?

    Andrew.
