Change properties of text

How can I change the properties of these text?

I red comphelp file and tried to change the wire label for SUB as below but it doesn't work.  I'd like to change it to another color and more bold.

This is pretty much covered in the table I posted before in your earlier question.

    1. The wire labels (1) are on LPP wire/label - you have that set to grey and it looks pretty grey to me
    2. The instance name (2) is probably the Analog Instance Label cdsName() label and is on annotate, drawing7
    3. The parameter (3) is the Analog Device Annotate label on annotate, drawing
    4. The ground label is (4) is on pin, label

You can always descend into the symbol, select the object, and then in the CIW do: car(geGetSelSet())~>lpp and it will show the layer purpose it is on.

    Andrew.

Thanks. I used the command you gave and checked the layers and they're all right as you said. However for (1) I can only change the color. I can't change the width of wire labels.
I tried (2), (3), (4) but somehow the setting doesn't affect anything so it doesn't change anything.

The line style is not used for text, so you cannot make it bolder. Only the "fill" color is used.

As for 2, 3, 4 I can't change even color. Is that normal?

You have to change the fill color, as I just mentioned. Because the fill style is "outline" you need to change the fill style to solid, change the fill color, and then change the fill style back (in case that layer-purpose is used for other things - which it may be).

In an older (more primitive) version of the display resource manager in the past, we always showed the fill color as well as outline color even when not used. I guess it's not obvious that labels just take notice of the fill color...

I see. I just changed the fill style and it works. So just to confirm again, there is no way to make the text bolder?

    No, as I said earlier.
