How to disable the info SPECTRE analysis?

ZoltanT

How can I avoid generating the many info analysis by spectre when I run s simulation from the GUI (Assembler/Explorer)? I was not able to figure out by myself.

modelParameter info what=models where=rawfile
element info what=inst where=rawfile
outputParameter info what=output where=rawfile
designParamVals info what=parameters where=rawfile
primitives info what=primitives where=rawfile
subckts info what=subckts where=rawfile

I've running lots of corners and the files I/O (writing in this case) takes up plenty of time relative tot he simulation. I know, that I do not need these analysis. They seem to be waste of time and harddrive space.

Thanks!

You can turn these off from the Outputs->Save All form. Obviously they can be useful if you have expressions referencing any of the data, but if not, they can be safely turned off.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Thanks! In hindsight it is easy to find. I have no idea why I haven't found them last night.

Where can I find a little bit more information about the use of the different info statements? Especially in the GUI. In spectre manual they are just listed. I've used only oppoint, captab before.
