I am simulating BSIM-BULK model, now.

By the way, I do not get BSIM-BULK model, yet.

How can I get BSIM-BULK model?

Thank you

    yysunj,

I don't understand your question. You've filed these two posts:

    • How can I increase the current in all Vgs intervals by 1 mA? (you're using a VerilogA model of bsimbulk - so clearly you have a model; I also gave an answer using the built-in bsimbulk model in spectre)
    • What means pin t of the Verilog-A code of BSIM-BULK model? (you said you can get the parameters from your Fab)

    So what are you asking?

    Andrew
