issue in launching Technology file manager

Hi

i am trying to launch Technology file manager.I am getting the following error.

*Error* eval;unbound variable - ciwvHelpMenu.

I tried different user and worksapces also.

Please Help me.

    I did the same thing you told in previous mail.

    It is not working. Still getting the same error.
