issue in launching Technology file manager

Hi

i am trying to launch Technology file manager.I am getting the following error.

*Error* eval;unbound variable - ciwvHelpMenu.

I tried different user and worksapces also.

Please Help me.

    can you send me the command I need to give in icfb.I will use the command.Now it is techManagerOpentechToolBox.

    As mentioned in the other posts, use ddGetStartup("menus/ciw.menus") to find out where the old (outdated) menus file is located. You seemed to be able to find this before, and I suggested that you get the owner of that file to remove it.

    You've not even mentioned which versions of the tools you're using (you talk about "icfb" - the tool has not been called icfb for 15 years - presumably that is some local wrapper around Virtuoso.

    Perhaps you would be better off contacting customer support - since after several attempts to explain how to resolve this, you've not resolved it...
