HI i am tring to run  demo from

spectre/examples/SpectreThermalAnalysis/powerMOS

using spectre -64 ++aps input.scs

however,  error message indicates license is not avaliable.  btw, standalone spectre is ok. please let me know what specific license feature is required for this demo.

    Hi Beckett Thanks,

    I have one more question

    When i look at the powerMOS example, the thermal properties is represented by DSPF file.

    I wonder how spectre thermal extractor do the thermal analysis without FEM simulator ?

    Is there some way to extract  thermal network by celsisu then put back into spectre to run the simulation .

    thanks
