Cadence Virtuoso parametric analysis

Hello,

I've been trying to perform parametric analysis for a huge number of points (say 10000) but i am unable to do it as I run into an error saying out of memory.

(Note: My ram size is 8Gb)

I am using ADE-L to perform parametric analysis (nested parametric analysis) for a particular circuit. I even tried increasing the storage allocated but i was unable to perform analysis greater than 700 plots. Is there any way to perform simulation without simulation files accumulating the storage space.

    Thank you
