clicking RMB on the tests and choosing the design is the way I do it.
But this way, I need change the design one by one.

selecting multiple tests and change the design does not work.

is there a way to change the design for multiple tests simultaneously?

Yes, but you need to be using IC6.1.8 ISR14 or later. See How to modify the design in multiple tests simultaneously in Virtuoso ADE Assembler

For other settings (e.g. analysis settings) there's the Tools->Multi-Test Editor which was added in IC6.1.8 ISR4.
