Hello,

I am using Assura tools in Cadence Virtuoso, I would like to ask how to make the dummy filling at the end of the layout design, where I can run it.

Thank you

Best Regards

Running Fill with Assura is typically running DRC and picking a rule deck specifically to do fill. This may be defined in the techRuleSets within the rule directory referenced by your assura_tech.lib file - but this is going to be specific to the PDK you're using. You should consult the PDK or DRC/FILL documentation for the technology you're using.

    As I said before:

If you can't find that, contact the foundry or whoever provided the PDK. If Fill is necessary, they ought to tell you how to access the rules!

    Thank you, Andrew,

you are right, I have contacted the foundry, they  have their own procedure for this step and they informed it about it.
