How do I open F3 options windows in center monitor on a multi-monitor system?

Currently I'm using Cadence Virtuoso XL on laptop that's running three monitors.  The monitors are setup from left-to-right.  The left-side monitor is the tiny laptop monitor that I use for email-only.  The center monitor I use for my VXL layout view window and the CIW.  The right-side monitor I use for the schematic view window.  However, when I open any of the "F3 options" windows for various layout commands, (stretch, copy, move, etc...) the pop-up window always appears on the left-side monitor.

How do I get these windows to start showing up in the center monitor when I press F3?

Thank you for the help.  I found the problem was in the settings of my VDI software and not Cadence.

    Problem solved.
