It appears you are running ocean from the UNIX command line> If so, you can interrupt an ocean script in a two ways based on my experience. I've included a third option if you submit your ocean script to a machine on your LSF compute farm.

    1. From the window in which you launched your command

    type a control-C.

    2. From a new window (the than the window in which you submitted your interactive ocean command), use the UNIX command ps -fu <userid> to list your jobs and find the job number of your ocean script. With the job number, for example job XXXX, type the UNIX command:

    kill -9 XXXX

    3. If youubmit your ocean script to a machine on your LSF compute farm, then you can terminate the job with number YYYY with the LSF command:

    bkill YYYY

    Dear, Shawn

    Thank you for your replying

Unfortunately, your first suggestion doesn`t work

I thought it may be risk to kill the process.

If there`s nothing we can do, I will do that
