Spectre simulation can not run when use Liberate to characterize the T22nm IO cells

liberate version：LIBERATE 17.13.076

spectre tool：IC61/616ISR6: mmsim15.10.627-ISR12

when use liberate to rek T22nm IO cells, spectre simulation will report error likes  blews:

Then, I use the cormmand : spectre +aps +spice sim.sp, to run simulation with the  generated  sim.sp file . It would generated a internal error like below. I want to konw  what  should I do to solve the  problem about the REK simulation can not run.  Look  forward to your reply. THANKS.

Further occurrences of this warning will be suppressed.

Internal error found in spectre during initial setup. Encountered a critical error during simulation. Submit a Service Request via Cadence Online Support, including the netlist, the Spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other informa tion that can help identify the problem.  

   FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault.

  • Most likely you're just using too old versions of the software. The bsim6 is a relatively recent model, and you're using a simulator from 2015, and an old version of Liberate. You should use IC6.1.8/SPECTRE21.1/LIBERATE217 (I think - certainly a Liberate version from this year would make sense rather than one from 5 years ago).
